What you do is not obvious immediately
Clarity & MessagingHigh impactWhat we observed
The homepage opens with “Quality you can count on” rather than naming the work Harbor & Pine actually does. The services are named further down the page, below the fold.
Why it may matter
Someone comparing two or three local companies decides in seconds whether they are in the right place. If the first line does not say “landscape design, maintenance, and seasonal cleanups,” a visitor may leave before they reach the part that would have convinced them.
What could improve
Open with a plain statement of the work and the area served — for example, “Landscape design, maintenance, and seasonal care for homes across the harbor towns” — so the match is obvious immediately.
